Below please find the link to register your son or daughter for this year’s soccer tryouts.
We are using a new system this year through TeamSnap. You might have used it before with other teams. It’s a great tool that is very useful. It will allow the booster club to send emails to everyone for announcements or coaches to email just their teams. If you do not have a TeamSnap account, you will have to create one, but it is very easy. If you do have a TeamSnap account already, it will be easiest if you register through that email so you can maintain all your teams within one log-in or through the app. There are certain fields that are required with an asterisk and other fields are optional. Any email addresses entered will be included to receive notifications that are sent out so the more we have to contact you or your child, the better.
There are 3 items that need to be evaluated for payment.
1) As stated at the interest meeting, the season fees will be $400 per player. There is a $50 per player discount, as with the past, for any families with more than one player. If this applies to your family, please answer yes to the sibling discount question and it will apply it to your balance.
2) We have a player pack that you can order if you like for $100. That will include 1 t-shirt, 1 hoodie, 1 long sleeved shirt, and 2 pairs of shorts.
3) Lastly, volunteering is vital to our organization. We desperately need volunteers to help with several tasks throughout the season. As the saying goes, many hands make light work. Whether you are able to help work the concession stand at home games, help with pickup/delivery of game day meals to our players, security at home games or help at special event games, we have several opportunities for everyone to help out. We are requiring everyone to give a $50 deposit at the beginning of the season and asking you fulfill 3 shifts per family. Please let us know when you are done with your shifts and we will get your deposit back to you as soon as possible. If you would like to opt out of volunteering or your 3 shifts are not fulfilled, you will not receive your $50 deposit back.
As with last year, we have a list of many businesses in our community if you would like ask them for sponsorship opportunities and receive a credit off your registration. Let us know if you would like an application and we can email it to you as soon as possible.
Tryouts will be held Monday, January 14th – Wednesday, January 16th for the girls and Monday – Thursday, January 17th for the boys. Each day will be from 3:45-6:00 for both boys and girls programs. Girl’s team announcements will be made Thursday morning and the Boy’s team announcements will be made Friday morning. This PDF has details for both teams.
